Updates to 2024
Just to get this out of the way, last year I planned to take this year to focus more on Dawn of Darkness, the series that I've worked on since somewhere between 2014-2016, I can't remember when I started it before posting stuff about it (back then it was known as Dawning of the Dark) One of my main focuses for the first half of 2024, is to redesign most, and if not all the main characters for the series, and give them a look that better fits the plan I have with them (Mozzy's redesign is already completed, I'll be posting the new design this week) as well as focusing on making the plot work out throughout everything I have planned. I'm also skipping on writing a standalone story for it right now, and going straight into working on the game. I might regret this later down the line, but as long as I make plot points as I make it, I shouldn't have too much trouble. I've also got some new characters planned for the series, some of which I won't reveal until the second half of 2024 (roughly around June is what I consider the half way point) while some will be revealed during the first half of the year. One of those characters being Cassandra, Aka Riker's sister. I'll explain the lore behind Riker during the first half as well, along with some other major points of lore that while aren't spoilers for the main plot, they will shed a lot of light on various aspects of my series. Alongside new characters, I'll be digging through my stash of old and forgotten OCs I've made in the past, and will give them a new purpose, some even getting a major spotlight in the game. Tarot, an OC I made last year who initially was going to be a side antagonist, has been moved to being an anti-hero, as I felt his chaotic and unpredictable nature better suited a role that didn't have a designated alignment. Tarot's new title has also been changed from "The Jester of Chaos" to a more fitting one, being "The Unpredictable Gentleman of Fortune" given that he will have a bigger use of his cards then before. Another big change to a character, will be to Rubilis, the main antagonist. While both her forms will be getting slight redesigns to fit her position better, she will also be getting a major overhaul on what she can do. (Though that stuff I won't reveal just yet. I'm going to let you guys wait on that one.) Anyways, this has been my update on what I plan for this year, even if most of this info wasn't even brought up last year. Thinking of the Future
It's been a wild ride the last few years with many aspects of my life. Was jobless for a while, just had shitty living spaces, many things. But that's not what I'm here to talk about. As anyone who read the description in my latest image would of noticed, Dawning of the Dark is headed in a new direction. A fresh restart if you want to call it. I am here to introduce, Dawn of Darkness, the new main story for the series, with a whole new cast of characters, set in the same place Dawning of the Dark would of taken place. Follow the journey of Mozzy, a roughhouse brawler, as she teams up with Senate, a healer who's nicer then he looks, and Jen, a small woman with a rather "in your face" personality, as they journey across the land of Temporal to stop the fallen queen Rubilis from reclaiming her soul, and resuming her reign of chaos across the world, the Chaos Crystal. They will also uncover many secrets about the land, it's once inhabitants, as well as artifacts that may prove useful
Where I've been
Over the past year, you've probably seen I've been getting less and less active here. Now while I'm not deleting this account by any means, I want to say I'll probably not upload here anymore, and if I do, it will be very rarely. This has nothing to do with the whole Eclipse thing, it's just I found somewhere else I can post, and I feel it does a slightly better job then uploading to DA (Can't batch upload to DA last time I checked unless you got Core, and even then it uploads each one separately I'll still be checking in here daily, so don't think I'm just going to vanish. I'll still be here, just not uploading as often as I used to I hope you all understand, and have a good day
New series in development
So, I posted a while back that I was going to make a new series, but never said what it was. Might as well do it now I don't have a final name for the series right now, but it's going by the name "Starlight" until I think of a better name. This will be my focus this year, so for the time being, Dawning of the Dark will be set aside until I can get that mess of a series fixed. Now, Starlight is in fact a standalone series (Meaning it's not going to involve crossovers for any main series stuff) which takes inspiration from different franchises that I've grown up with over the years. (This series also has already gotten more development then what DotD had, probably since I got better with developing ideas) I won't go too much into the characters, since I plan on giving their bios once their designs are finished. I also won't mention their names for now, this is just a heads up journal about what I plan on focusing on for the rest of the year. But I will say this; 4 franchises that

I have some characters you might like
Charlotte- (mugen.wikia.com/wiki/Charlotte…) she is from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, (highly recommend watching that anime its very good) she is a very well made character with well mae sprites. Her AI is extremely brutal but not OP.
Chain Chomp- (mugen.wikia.com/wiki/Chain_Cho… )its from Super Mario and one of my favorites characters in M.U.G.E.N. Its very powerful and can take down other powerful characters like Miku if done correctly however its AI is below average so this only happens if your playing as him. he is very easy to play as and very fun.
Final-(mugen.wikia.com/wiki/Final) a very unique character because its a boss character. He is good against fast characters like Miku who combo a lot because he cant be stunlocked. I don't know what game he is from. His AI is somewhat challenging.
Rainbow Dash (Moku's version)- (mugen.wikia.com/wiki/Rainbow_D…) Don't be fooled by her cute appearance she is the most powerful character on this list her AI is Brutal and unfair at time, I will go as far as to say she is OP because its impossible to beat her with some characters like Chain Chomp or other slow characters. She is playable but takes time to get used to her. She comes from the YouTube video "Cupcakes HD".
